Large Items

Large items are transported directly to your home by our two-man delivery team. Furniture is carried into your room of choice by trained delivery staff. For some larger and/or heavier items, and for products not dispatched from our central warehouse, we may only offer curbside delivery on a pallet.

Smaller Items

Smaller items may be delivered via a parcel service. For multiple purchases under the value of £349, you will only be charged once—based on the highest delivery charge. Generally, multiple items are delivered together; however, depending on supplier/manufacturer availability, we may deliver items separately.

Delivered With Care – Keeping Assembly Costs to a Minimum

We offer professional assembly services at an additional cost. Our home delivery specialists will:

Deliver to your room of choice
Unpack, assemble, and position your furniture
Remove and recycle any packaging

Assembly Instructions & Clearance

Ensure space is cleared before delivery. Some items must be assembled flat on the floor.

If the room isn’t ready, we may reschedule delivery and charge for a second visit.

Use Correct Measurements

If an item doesn’t fit due to incorrect measurements and we haven’t attended delivery, it is treated as a return. Charges will apply.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver stock items within 1–7 working days. Depending on your location or product type, delivery may take up to 14 days or longer for bespoke items (up to 12 weeks).

For orders with multiple items, a single delivery will be arranged when all are in stock. Separate deliveries can be requested at an additional cost.

Delays & Weather

While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to weather, traffic, or driving limits may occur. We cannot compensate for such delays beyond our control.
